Drag-and-drop schedule
See a whole day's jobs in time order. Drag a tech or a piece of equipment onto a job to assign it. Filter to see only the jobs that still need someone.
Crewline is a scheduling app for companies with crews in the field. Your dispatcher assigns techs and equipment to jobs on one schedule, and your techs see where they need to be on their phone.
Most dispatch desks run on a spreadsheet, a group text and one person who remembers everything.
That works until that person is out sick. Crewline puts the whole day in one place: every job, who's going, what they're taking, and what still needs someone. It also catches the things people miss, like a tech who worked until midnight being booked for 5 AM, or equipment left on a site that nobody has gone back for.

Each tech opens their day on their phone: where to be, what time, what to bring. If dispatch changes something, they see the change.
Time off, training days and home office sit next to each tech's name, so you can see who's available while you're assigning.
Nuclear gauges and other equipment are scheduled the same way as people. Each job shows what it needs and whether it's covered.
When equipment gets dropped at a site, Crewline puts the trip to collect it on the schedule. Nobody has to remember to book it.
If someone doesn't get enough rest between shifts, the job is flagged. Night and weekend work is highlighted so it's easy to spot.
No more texting the schedule out every night. Each tech sees their own jobs: the time, the address with directions, what to bring and any notes from dispatch.
When a job moves, it's marked as changed so they notice. There's nothing to install, and it works on any phone.
When a crew leaves equipment on a site, like a light tower, someone has to go back for it. Crewline books that trip for you: it adds a pickup job two days later at 6 AM. If the drop-off is cancelled, the pickup is removed too.
You choose which job types need a pickup. Pickups that would fall on a Sunday go on Monday instead.
Say a tech finishes a night job at 11 PM and is booked for 5 AM. Crewline flags both jobs so you can send someone else. You set the minimum rest for each office.
Too little rest 6 hours off · OK 11 hours off
Look at one office or all of them. Each office has its own techs and its own rest rules, and you can still borrow a tech from another office on a busy day.
Send us a week of your schedule. We'll load it into Crewline and show your dispatchers how it works. It takes about 30 minutes.
